Our community partner, a global tech company, is growing and so is the Customer Experience Area. In this newly defined position, they're seeking a UX Design Specialist with strong business instincts, creativity, and analytics mastery—someone who is passionate about applying these skills to delight their customers ultimately.
In this role, you'll get to
- Participating in user research and testing to validate design solutions and inform future design decisions
- Rapid concepting and interaction Design
- Be responsible for providing high-quality deliverable, such as user journeys, user flows, wire-frames, UI mock-ups, and prototypes for digital platforms and products.
- Maintain design standards: define and maintain product design standards and principles, ensuring they are consistent and follow modern web and mobile application best-practice
- Work collaboratively with developers to ensure designs are technically implementable and that technical requirements are taken as a design consideration
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams for continuous feedback and stakeholder alignment
To shine on day one, what you need to have:
- Degree in Multimedia, Information Systems, or other related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in UX Design.
- Energetic and passionate about design with an ability to discuss and explain design options clearly
- Strong user interface design skills across web and apps
- Use data and insights to inform best practice content production
- Have an in-depth understanding and application of industry design software and tools like Figma, Sketch, and Axure
- HTML and CSS experience is extremely desirable but not required
- Multi-channel and platform design (across mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Have worked in agile environments
- Able to explain the design concept and communicate with different teams with detailed documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working in diverse environments
- Responsive design experiences, interaction design, computer science, or related field
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Mandarin)
- Prior exposure to China and global market insight and digital trends is a plus
