Our community partner is seeking an accomplished sales leader to join our crypto currency company as the Regional Head of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Asia, leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand the adoption of our crypto products and services. You will work closely with the product team and cross-functional teams to capture market opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for the assigned region, aligned with the overall company's sales objectives and growth plans.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team, including setting individual and team sales targets, providing coaching and training, and ensuring effective territory and account management.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, such as crypto exchanges, institutional investors, merchants, and retail clients, within the region, and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to develop and execute targeted go-to-market plans, sales enablement materials, and customer engagement programs for the region.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the crypto currency industry, market trends, regulatory environment, competitive landscape, and customer needs specific to the region.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with crypto-focused service providers, technology vendors, and industry influencers to expand the company's sales reach in the region.
  • Monitor and analyze regional sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to continuously optimize the sales process, resource allocation, and growth strategies.
  • Represent the company in regional sales events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements to build the company's brand and thought leadership in the crypto currency space.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all sales-related activities within the region.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a successful track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams in the crypto currency, financial technology, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, and a strong understanding of the crypto currency ecosystem, including the latest trends, products, regulations, and customer needs within the assigned region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, identify growth opportunities, and develop innovative regional sales strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales professionals, and foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region to build relationships, understand local market dynamics, and drive sales execution.
